I’m Fay Kokkeler and I provide pet sitting and dog walking in the Lighthouse Point area. I’ve lived in South Florida since 1971 and have always been a proud animal owner whether it be a dog or an adorable cat.
Animals have been a lifelong passion of mine and to me there is no greater pleasure than to love and care for them. Although I currently do not own a dog, I volunteer for Canine Assisted Therapy because the organization does so much for the community. My repertoire of animals now includes four cats: Mona and Aida (Persians), Hegan (a Maine Coon), and Beulah, my HUGE rescue kitty who is absolutely convinced that she is in charge of all creatures feline. From early childhood up until five years ago I owned dogs ranging in size from Scotch Terriers to Great Danes.
In my other life, I am a recently retired Broward County music teacher. I still play professionally in the Miami City Ballet, Symphony of the Americas, and Sunshine Pops, but the absence of the full time day job provides me with time to visit, walk, and play with your beloved pets.
